Dr. Amoatey is a M&E and Project Management Lecturer and Consultant at Ghana Institute for Management and Public Administration. He is currently the Programme Coordinator for the Anglophone West Africa Regional Center for Learning Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) located at GIMPA, Ghana.
Kieron is a Masters Graduate from the WITs School of Public and Development Management. He has helped to establish the CLEAR Anglophone Africa centre, lecturing to a range of students and government staff in the areas of Development Theory, Monitoring and Evaluation, Results based Management and Project Planning.
Neissan Alessandro Besharati is a senior M&E technical specialist at CLEAR-AA. He is also a programme manager at the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) and a research associate at several prominent international development think-tanks.
Khotso is currently a Junior Researcher at the CLEAR-AA and African Micro-Economic Research Unit (AMERU). Prior, Khotso has been a Junior Researcher for South African Institute of International Affairs and Wits PADM in 2013.
Ezethu Mandlelize has recently joined the CLEAR AA team as a Junior researcher. She is also an external examiner for the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Dr Ndhlovu holds a Ph.D. degree in medical demography obtained from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. As an M&E practitioner, he has conducted several evaluation studies in many sub Saharan Africa countries.
A graduate of Harvard School of Public Health in Epidemiology and International Health, a medical doctor (University of Zambia) and practitioner, research methodology from various universities that include Mahidol (Thailand) and Health Systems Research (University of Tampere (Finland)
Tara Polzer Ngwato is a Director with Social Surveys Africa, a social research company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has fourteen years of experience conducting research on social development with focus areas in conflict transformation and migration.
